The software is owned by Fast Software Technology and is protected under intellectual property laws. The Fast Inventory Software name will appear on all screens and reports. Any request to remove branding will be considered a breach of agreement.
Your data remains your sole property. Fast Inventory Software will not use or maintain it without consent. Support access requires written permission. Fast Inventory ensures data confidentiality and integrity. However, the client is responsible for regular backups; Fast Inventory does not maintain backups after handover.
You agree to use the software in compliance with all applicable laws, including intellectual property laws.
Clients must provide necessary hardware (computers, printers, scanners, etc.). Fast Inventory Software is not responsible for any failures related to hardware, network, or system compatibility issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fast Inventory Software's liability is limited to the license fee paid in the last 12 months. The company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as data loss, business interruption, or lost profits.
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, India.
Customers can request a full refund within 1 month of installation if unsatisfied. For custom work or training visits, Rs. 2500 per visit/modification will be deducted from the refund. Once user licenses are issued, this clause is void.
This policy represents the complete agreement between you and Fast Inventory Software. No other verbal or written agreements outside this document are binding. Modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
